4) Accounts, Downloads & Client Portal

If you create an account, register for a webinar, or access a client portal, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse. Any downloadable tools or templates are provided "as is" and may be used only for internal business purposes.

5) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, downloads, and software—is owned by Praetorian Secure or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for your internal use. Any consulting engagements, statements of work, or subscriptions are governed by a separate master services agreement, order form, or statement of work between you and Praetorian Secure. Those documents control if there is any conflict with these Terms.

8) Export Controls & Sanctions

You may not access or use the Site or downloads in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws (including ITAR/EAR and OFAC). You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any embargoed or restricted jurisdiction and are not a prohibited party.

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAETORIAN SECURE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAETORIAN SECURE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute relating to the Site shall be the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Class or representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

14) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, Sections 3–13 will survive.
